Just wanted to say Thank-you to all the members of the newly formed Building/Grounds Comm. for taking time out of their busy schedules to attend our first meeting on Weds. Aug,23rd.

I am glad Rick Flite ( our Maintenance supervisor) spoke to all of us and explained all of the situations he has been working on since the hurricane last year.

I think as a group we can come up with many great ideas to make our community a great place to live.

Pat and I are working on a check list that everyone can use as they are walking around their buildings and the property in general.

The hiring of a lawn maintenance company was terrific news from the Board at Tuesday nights meeting. This will really help alleviate time spent in that area and free up our maintenance crew to focus on other issues that need attention.
