Hi to all members of the Building and Grounds Committee;

At our last meeting we had some new faces in the crowd.

Welcome to Lewis or Louis, Linda, Diane, Paula and Christopher for your imput and support.

Now that we have the Report forms(now posted so you can print) let's go ahead

and keep tabs on our buildings when there is a problem. There is no need for us

to have scheduled meetings every month, but if you would like to communicate with

other members, a list is being made up with members names and e-mails to voice

I've lived in many different places, growing up in NYC and living in LA before settling in Florida. The Embarcadero is the best place I've lived and I'm happy to call it home.

In most places the neighbors barely know each other, but here we're like family. It's one big friendly neighborhood. We had a great party today for the 4th of July and then we had our own fireworks display after dark.
